Tracking Your Progress
While this is optional, we highly suggest you track your progress over the next four weeks to see exactly how much has changed. You will be amazed at the end of the four weeks to see how the numbers have changed and how you feel. This journey is about BALANCE, so you'll find that weight will manage itself as you dive into the simple steps and lifestyle shifts. Here are our recommendations on what to track.
PHOTOS Take the before photos. (This step may seem hard, but hard things pay off with visible results!! You don’t have to share them, but you’ll want to have them for yourself!) Take a front picture, a back picture, a side picture, and a closeup of the face with no makeup.
MEASUREMENTS Take measurements of your weight, hips, chest, dominant arm, and dominant thigh. You can lose inches without losing weight, so this is a great tool to "see" progress over the next few weeks!
