One of my favorite tools to keep myself accountable is a habit tracker.

Be sure to add the additions we’re looking at, like post-meal walks, sleep goals, etc.
Remember that there are only THREE steps to the MetaPWR System. Advantage, Assist, and the oil blend. The oil blend comes in various options, such as the oil blend itself, soft gels, beadlets, and gum. All four options serve the same purpose; you can choose whichever you'd like! Try switching it up to see which option you prefer or just to make things interesting!
